1. Purpose of the service
Ox livraison offers a parcel delivery service in all cities of Morocco. By using our services, the client automatically accepts these conditions.
2. Prohibited products
It is forbidden to deliver the following products:
- Dangerous products (explosives, flammables, toxics, etc.).
- Gold, silver jewelry, or precious metals.
- Cash, checks, bank cards, or any other valuable title.
- Weapons, drugs, or products prohibited by law.
- Live or dead animals.
- Alcohol, works of art, plants, perishable products.
- Poorly packaged parcels or those that could damage other parcels.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Upon delivery, the delivery person collects the amount indicated on the parcel. Ox livraison is committed to remitting this money to the sender.
- In case of loss or error, the sender is refunded.
- Service fees are deducted automatically.
- Transfers are made every 2 business days.
4. Returned parcels
- Return: Undelivered or refused parcels are returned to the sender.
- Deadline: If a returned parcel stays for more than 60 days, it will be disposed of.
5. Sender's obligations
- Content: The content of the parcel must be legal and well described.
- Address: The delivery address must be complete.
- Packaging: The parcel must be well packaged.
- Minimum weight: Ox livraison does not accept parcels under 1 Kg.
6. Liability and refund
Ox livraison is responsible for the parcel from its pickup until its delivery.
7. Insurance
Ox livraison is covered by civil liability insurance for losses, thefts, or damages incurred during transport.
8. Rates
- Delivery: Between 19 DH and 45 DH, depending on the city.
- Customer return: 0 DH.
- Bank fees (excluding CIH): 0 DH.
9. Warehousing
- Storage: 0 DH.
- Packaging: 5 DH.
10. Call Center
- Confirmed parcel: 0 DH.
- Confirmed and delivered parcel: 10 DH.
